Our Mission

Since its creation, the Thó Wiŋ Magazine has been dedicated to publishing the creative endeavors of Augsburg’s students and staff members. Whether literary, visual, or musical arts, it is the intention of the magazine to celebrate and uplift every voice in our diverse community.

Our Name

Thó Wiŋ (toh-ween), meaning "Blue Woman", is a figure in the Dakota creation story who both delivers individuals to Earth and carries them away when they pass.
